At approximately 1750 hrs. on June 29th. Clinton Heights Fire Department was dispatched for a working
fire with possible entrapment. Police arrived and confirmed a working fire and that the subject

At approximately 8:55 pm East Greenbush Fire Dept was dispatched for a car fire behind a shopping mall
on Columbia Turnpike. Engine 9 responded and extinguished the Fire.
4/4/2012 Rensselaer Mutual Aid Structure Fire by Greg Forgea.
At approximately 1915 hours on April 4th, the Rensselaer City Fire Department was transmitted for an Alarm of fire
on the 900 block of Broadway. First units on the air transmitted the second alarm and confirmed a working fire with
an exposure problem on the D (Delta) side.[...]
4/3/2012 South Schodack Mutual Aid Structure Fire by Greg Forgea.
At approximately 0725 the South Schodack fire department and day time mutual aid were dispatched
to the area of South Schodack Rd and the New York State Thruway for a reported working structure fire.
Upon arrival of Battalion 4-1 and the chief officers from Schodack ordered a third alarm assignment with
a special request for East Greenbush for Truck 11. [...]

store in the northern end of the Fire District. Car 1 and Car 4 arrived and Car 4 assumed fire

At approximately 11:50 AM on Tuesday February 21st the East Greenbush Fire Dept. was
transmitted for a reported car accident in the parking lot of a local restaurant. Responders
found a vehicle which had traveled across route 4, [...]
At approximately 2140hrs the East Greenbush Fire Dept was transmitted for a reported
structure fire on Palmer Road in the Schodack Center protective district. A quick response
was made by all the Chiefs and apparatus as the department drill night [...]
On January 31st Over 50 members of the EGFD and Explorers Post completed mandatory
OSHA training at a Columbia Turnpike site. The training bureau set up five stations:
dressing in full gear with SCBA, ventalation procedures on a roof, forcible entry
practise, ladder truck setup, and rehabilitation procedures.
Shortly after 2115hrs the East Greenbush Fire Dept was transmitted for a reported chimney fire on
Smith Lane off of Hays Road. Car 1 and Car 2 arrived with Car 1 assuming command upon arrival.

At approximately 0300 hours on 1/19/2012 members were alerted for a second alarm structure
fire (signal 30, box 9-50) in the Defreestville fire district. EGFD Cars 3 and 4 were first on

At approximately 11:37am the East Greenbush Fire Department was transmitted for an odor of
natural gas inside the building of a medical facility. Shortly after the alarm was transmitted
East Greenbush Car 1 arrived and alerted the first due Engine of a significant odor inside of
the lobby.[...]
